11. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn: Qua quá trình nghiên cứu,luận văn đã giải quyết được những nội dung cơ bản sau:
- Luận văn đã nêu khái quát nhận thức chung về hoạt động PCCC tại Khu chế xuất (KCX) Tân Thuận; các quy định về điều kiện an toàn PCCC, vị trí vai trò của hoạt động PCCC, các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng hoạt động PCCC tại KCX và trách nhiệm của các chủ thể quản lý trong các hoạt động về PCCC tại KCX. Từ những nhận thức chung đó, đề tài đã nêu lên những yêu cầu về đảm bảo an toàn về phòng cháy chữa cháy, những căn cứ pháp lý và nội dung của hoạt động về PCCC tại KCX .
- Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu những đặc điểm có liên quan đến hoạt động phòng cháy chữa cháy tại KCX, căn cứ vào đó tập trung đánh giá thực trạng về trách nhiệm của các chủ thể có liên quan và nội dung của các hoạt động về PCCC tại KCX. Bằng các số liệu thu thập được từ thực tiễn, tổng hợp, đối chiếu, so sánh, đề tài đã khái quát một số nét về mô hình quản lý đối với KCX và những đặc điểm có liên quan đến hoạt động về PCCC của KCX. Qua đó, đã đánh giá được những thực trạng, tồn tại hạn chế và rút ra nguyên nhân, biện pháp khắc phục những tồn tại, hạn chế của các hoạt động về PCCC của KCX.
- Luận văn đã trình bày dự báo tình hình và những yêu cầu, định hướng cơ bản đặt ra cho hoạt động PCCC đối với các KCX trong thời gian tới. Cùng với đó, luận văn đã tập trung phân tích làm rõ một số giải pháp góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động về PCCC đối với KCX.
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: (nếu có):
- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn sẽ góp phần nâng cao hiệu lực quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với các KCX trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
- Luận văn có thể sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo, phục vụ cho hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học, giảng dạy và học tập tại trường Đại học Phòng cháy, chữa cháy.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Throughout the research process, the thesis has resolved the following basicissues
- The thesis outlined general awareness of fire prevention activities in high-rise apartment buildings; regulations on fire prevention and fighting safety, roles of fire prevention and fighting activities, factors affecting the quality of fire prevention and fighting activities in condominiums and responsibilities of fire prevention and fighting agents in condominiums. From the general perception, the topic has raised requirements on fire safety and safety, the legal bases and content of fire prevention activities in high-rise apartment buildings.
- Based on the study of the characteristics related to fire prevention and fighting activities in Export Processing Zonesin District 7, the thesis assesses the status of responsibilities of related subjects and content of fire prevention activities in these high buildings. From the analysis of the data collectionin practice, synthesis, comparison, the topic has outlined some features of the management model for Export Processing Zones and characteristics related to firefighting and prevention activities in Export Processing Zones. As a result, the thesis has pointed out realistic assessment of the state management on current fire protection and fighting; accordingly, clarified advantages, disadvantages, causes; and proposed some solutionsto overcome the shortcomings and limitations of fire prevention activities of apartment buildings in District 7.
- The thesis presents the anticipation of the situation and basic requirements and directions for fire prevention and fighting for Export Processing Zonesin the coming time. Simultaneously, the thesis has concentrated on analyzing and clarifying a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of fire prevention activities in Export Processing Zones in District 7.

- The research results of this thesis will contribute to improving the effectiveness of State management on fire fighting and prevention of firefighting forces for Export Processing Zones in Ho Chi Minh City.
- It also serves as areference material for scientific research, teaching and learning at the University of Fire fighting and prevention.

- Based on researches and solutions for Export Processing Zones in District 7, researches can be implemented to improve the effectiveness of state management of fire prevention and control in Export Processing Zonesin Ho Chi Minh City.
