- Luận án đã nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu tổng quan tình hình nghiên cứu có liên quan, từ đó xác định những vấn đề cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu, giải quyết trong luận án; luận án đã đưa ra nhận thức chung về trạm biến áp, đặc điểm và những yêu cầu về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp ở Việt Nam, làm cơ sở để đưa ra lý luận quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến; luận án đã hệ thống phân tích và làm rõ những vấn đề lý luận quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp theo chức năng của lực lượng Cảnh sát PCCC và CNCH.
- Luận án đã phân tích và làm rõ được tình hình có liên quan đến quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp ở Việt Nam theo chức năng của lực lượng Cảnh sát PCCC và CNCH, bao gồm: Đã khảo sát và làm rõ được thực trạng quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp theo chức năng của lực lượng Cảnh sát PCCC và CNCH; trên cơ sở các nội dung khảo sát, luận án đã đưa ra được những nhận xét, đánh giá về ưu điểm, những hạn chế, thiếu sót và nguyên nhân của những hạn chế thiếu sót trong quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp theo chức năng của lực lượng Cảnh sát PCCC và CNCH.
- Luận án đã đưa ra được dự báo từ kết quả nghiên cứu; trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất các giải pháp góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý nhà nước về PCCC đối với trạm biến áp theo chức năng của lực lượng Cảnh sát PCCC và CNCH thời gian tới.
